CANCELLATION POLICY

Ethan Bardo Padel Academy (EBPA) Strict Cancellation Policy

General Policy:

At EBPA, we strive to provide the best training experience for all our students. To ensure smooth operations and fairness, we enforce a strict cancellation policy for all lessons, clinics, and events.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

Private & Group Lessons:

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will receive no refund, as there is not sufficient time to fill the slot.

Clinics & Camps:

All bookings are non-refundable. If a participant is unable to attend, no refunds or credits will be issued. However, a substitute may attend in their place, provided prior notice is given.

Special Events & Tournaments:

No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations once registration is completed.

No-Show Policy:

If a student does not show up for a scheduled lesson, clinic, or event without prior notice, the session will be fully charged, and no rescheduling will be permitted.

Partnered Venue Policy:

All of our partnered venues run a 24-hour cancellation policy. We require sufficient time to either attempt to fill the slot or cancel the court that was booked for the session.

Weather-Related Cancellations:

If EBPA cancels a session due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, a credit will be issued for a future session.

If a session is in progress and needs to be stopped due to weather, then the remaining time of the lesson will be given in credit.

Coach Cancellations:

If a coach cancels a lesson due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, students will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full credit.

On the rare occasion that a court is not available at the booked time slot, we will try to offer a different time on the same day or reschedule for a future session.

Payment & Refunds:

All payments must be made in advance to secure a booking. No refunds will be issued unless EBPA cancels the session.Credits, if granted, must be used within 60 days from the cancellation date.

Exceptions:

Medical emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be accompanied by valid documentation.

EBPA reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
